Follow these steps
Use the workspace and website that you intend to configure.
- Add each supported website to your workspace and select it before configuring knowledge or appearance.
- Install the matching embed on each domain. Do not reuse another site’s key by accident.
- Open a narrow mobile viewport and test the launcher, conversation, handoff and close controls.
- Check that cookie banners and other fixed elements do not cover the messenger.

Website allowances depend on your plan. A site builder may also restrict custom scripts.
