Follow these steps
Use the workspace and website that you intend to configure.
- Choose the website in your workspace and open Install widget. Complete the domain verification shown there.
- Copy the full generated embed, including the website’s public key.
- Add it to your website’s supported custom-code area or shared layout. Install it once per page.
- Publish the website, open it as a visitor, and send a test question. Check the result in Conversations.
What to check
A public website key identifies the site; it is not an account password. Never put secret provider credentials in frontend code.
