Who operates the service

Account and workspace information
The application uses account information, organization membership, website configuration and usage records to provide the workspace. Billing and connected-service information depends on the providers enabled for the deployment.
Visitor conversations
The product stores conversations and contact details visitors choose to share. Published business knowledge is used to inform AI answers. Workspace administrators choose the sources and integrations used for their websites.
Provider processing
AI, email, billing, storage and customer-selected integrations may process information needed for their functions. The operator must confirm the actual providers, purposes, processing locations and applicable agreements.
Retention and requests
The operator must publish the deployed retention schedule, backup handling and process for access, correction, export and deletion requests. Product export and deletion controls do not by themselves establish the final legal policy.
