Plans and billing
The pricing page describes current product allowances and plan features. Payment, renewal, tax, refund and cancellation terms must match the billing implementation and the customer’s approved agreement.
Your content and AI output
Customers provide business knowledge and are responsible for reviewing what they publish. AI can produce incorrect answers. The final agreement must define permitted content use, ownership, confidentiality and responsibility for reviewing outputs.
Service changes and termination
The operator must define availability commitments, support scope, changes to the service, suspension, termination, data return and liability. This draft does not promise an SLA or a warranty.
