Respect access and authorization
Use only content and credentials you are authorized to provide. Do not use the crawler or integrations to bypass access restrictions or obtain another organization’s information.
Respect visitors
Do not use the messenger for deceptive impersonation, harassment, unlawful discrimination or unsolicited bulk messaging. Explain the purpose of collecting contact details and use them consistently with that purpose.
Protect the service
Do not attempt to compromise accounts, exploit integrations, interfere with other workspaces or overwhelm the service. Report suspected vulnerabilities through an appropriate private contact with the operator.
Review AI behavior
Publish accurate knowledge, test the agent and keep a route to a person. Do not present AI output as a guaranteed professional judgment or use the agent to make commitments it is not authorized to make.
Enforcement
The operator must approve the final reporting, investigation, suspension and appeal process together with the terms of service. This review draft does not establish a binding enforcement policy.
