Workspace authentication
The account system uses authentication cookies to maintain a signed-in session. The application uses the leadpilot cookie prefix. Exact cookie names, duration and settings must be checked against the deployed authentication configuration.
Messenger storage
The widget loader uses localStorage and sessionStorage for functional state. Storage in the embedded messenger can also support conversation continuity. The operator must inventory the actual keys and durations in the live deployment.
Optional measurement and replay
Any enabled analytics, session replay or third-party tracking must be disclosed according to the deployed configuration and the website operator’s requirements. Installing the messenger does not determine every tracking technology on a customer’s website.
Visitor choices
Browser settings can clear or restrict stored information, which may affect sign-in or conversation continuity. The operator must define any consent controls and provide a current contact for privacy questions.
