Follow these steps
Use the workspace and website that you intend to configure.
- Create your workspace and choose the website you want to set up. Open Get started to see its setup progress.
- Add useful information in Knowledge. Review the imported text and publish the sources your agent should use.
- Configure AI agent behavior and Messenger appearance. Try a few real questions in the playground.
- Use Install widget to verify the domain and copy the embed for this website. Add it to your site and check a live conversation.
What to check
Check that the website selected in the app matches the site where you installed the script.
