Getting started

Your first week with a website AI agent.

A realistic rollout sequence: publish a small source set, test it, invite the team, and learn from real questions.

Choose a focused starting point.

Begin with your main service or product, the questions your team answers most often and a clear route to a person. Assign someone to own the published knowledge. Avoid importing a large website and assuming every page is current or useful.

Test before installing.

Use the playground to ask questions in natural language. Include questions with missing details, questions the source cannot answer and explicit requests for a person. Review the answer and its source. Correct the knowledge or the setup before trying again.

Bring your team into the loop.

Invite the people who will handle conversations. Agree who checks the inbox, when to take over, and how to use private notes. Configure office hours and notifications. A helpful agent still needs a clear human owner for the questions it cannot resolve.

Review the first conversations together.

Once installed, inspect real conversations and usage. Identify repeated gaps, confusing wording and handoffs that waited too long. Make a short list of changes and test them. Keep the review routine after the first week; knowledge changes as your business changes.
