Follow these steps
Use the workspace and website that you intend to configure.
- Open AI agent. Set the agent name, welcome message, suggested questions, tone and qualification questions.
- Use Write with AI beside one field, or Fill all with AI to draft all five together. Add optional writing direction first.
- Review the draft. Suggested questions should be questions visitors ask; qualification questions are questions the agent asks.
- Edit the wording or use Undo AI changes. Click Save AI agent when the settings are ready.
What to check
AI writing uses your current settings and published knowledge. A generated draft is not saved automatically.
